Civictra
Accessibility

A seat for every body.

Accessibility is a design requirement in every Civictra service plan — vehicles, booking, training, and fares included. Here's what that means, concretely.

Ramp and low floor

Level with the sidewalk.

A low floor and a deployable ramp mean boarding without a climb — for wheelchairs, walkers, strollers, and anyone who'd rather step than jump. The ramp meets the sidewalk where you are, not where a stop pole happens to stand.

Securement and interior

A place, not an afterthought.

Inside, a dedicated wheelchair position with four-point securement, handrails where hands actually reach, and room to turn. Operators handle securement — trained, unhurried, every time.

By design

Designed in, not bolted on.

Civictra isn't live yet, so these are design commitments, stated plainly — the standard every launch is planned against.

  • № 01WAV in every fleetWheelchair-accessible vehicles are part of every fleet we plan — not a separate service you book days ahead, and not a retrofit bolted on when someone complains.

  • № 02Booking without a smartphoneThe service is designed to be bookable by web and by phone call as well as by app. A smartphone is never the price of admission.

  • № 03Service animals welcomeAlways. No paperwork, no surcharge, no debate at the door.

  • № 04Operator trainingEvery operator is trained in accessible service — ramp deployment, securement, and guiding riders who need it — not just licensed to drive.

The service

Civictra commits to designing and operating every service so that people with disabilities can ride with the same independence, dignity, and fare as everyone else — accessible vehicles in every fleet, accessible booking channels, and operators trained for accessible service.
