Civictra
Safety

Safety is the product.

The home page makes that claim; this page is what it means. Hiring, vehicles, monitoring, and data are each held to a written standard — here it is, in plain terms.

The operator standard

The person at the wheel.

The vehicle standard

The machine underneath.

The trip standard

Every trip, watched over.

No trip runs unattended. Dispatch sees every vehicle live, every shift — position, schedule, and exceptions — and when something on the road doesn't match the plan, a person steps in. Incident response is a written procedure with a human at the end of it, not a ticket queue.

Dispatch monitors glowing out of focus above an empty desk and chair.
Dispatch
Privacy as safety

Your data is not the fare.

A service you trust with your movements has to earn that trust in how it treats them.

  • We collect the minimum a trip needs — where you are, where you're going, how to reach you.
  • Rider data is never sold, and never used for advertising.
  • Reporting to cities is aggregate: patterns and performance, not individual riders' movements.
The open-reporting commitment

We publish what matters.

There are no safety statistics on this page because Civictra hasn't carried a rider yet — our first municipal pilots are in conversation. The commitment is this: as service launches, the numbers that matter — incidents, response, maintenance compliance — get published, whether they flatter us or not. Questions belong to a person, not a portal: hello@civictra.com.
