A ride, from ask to arrive.
No timetable to decode, no transfer maze — here's exactly what happens when you ask for a ride.
Every step, spelled out.
- 01/
Ask
Open the app, the website, or just call. Tell us where you are and where you're going — that's the whole form.
- 02/
Meet
Walk to a nearby corner, or get picked up at your door if you need it. Watch your vehicle arrive live on the map.
- 03/
Arrive
A clean, quiet electric vehicle and a professional operator. Fair fare, no surge, no surprises.

Built accessible, not retrofitted.
Accessibility is a design requirement in every Civictra service plan — vehicles, training, booking, and fares included.
- Wheelchair-accessible vehicles available in every service zone
- Pickup at your door for riders who need it
- Service animals always welcome
- Book by phone — no smartphone required
- Operators trained in accessible service, not just licensed to drive
What a ride costs.
Fares are set with each city before launch — transit-level, published in advance, and shown before you book. Concession fares follow your city's fare policy. Surge pricing doesn't exist here.
Asked and answered.
№ 01What does “on-demand” mean? — No fixed route, no timetable. Rides are created from live requests, and vehicles go where riders actually are.
№ 02Will I share the ride? — Usually, yes — sharing with neighbours heading the same way is what keeps fares at transit level instead of taxi level.
№ 03How long will I wait? — That depends on your city's fleet and the time of day. We won't quote numbers we haven't earned — once service is live, real wait-time performance is published for everyone to see.
