№ 01A city says yes — Civictra signs with your municipality as one accountable partner for the whole service.
№ 02We build it together — Zones, stops, fares, and accessibility targets are set with your city's staff — on paper before anything rolls.
№ 03Everyone rides — Service opens to the public, and performance is published from day one.

Status — August 2026: pre-launch. No live cities yet; first pilot conversations underway in Ontario.
